Registration fees

*A confirmation of student status by the supervisor must be provided at the personal Registration Area.

SPQ members with membership fees up to date are entitled to a discount of 45 €.

The conference fee includes:

attendance to the conference, book of abstracts, coffee breaks and lunches as well as the welcome reception, gala dinner, and excursion. Only registered individuals will be allowed to participate in the conference and social events.

Please note:

registration ends on the 6^th of April2026; registration at discounted rate ends on the 18^th of March 2026.

Conditions:

• All presenting authors of accepted abstracts are expected to register. Abstracts without a registered presenting author will be withdrawn from the program.

• All bank charges involved in transactions are to be paid by the participant.

• Cancellations requested before March 18, 2026, will entitle the refund of the fee paid, less an administrative charge of 15% of the registration fee. Requests must be addressed to: secretariado@spq.pt

• Refunds will be handled after the conference

• For any cancellation received after March 18, 2026, no refund will be made.

Proforma document:

A proforma document can be download at personal area but first is required to fill some data.

After filling in and confirming the billing address, an grey button (Proforma) will appear where you can download the document.
